The aim of the subject is to explain basic orientation in the Czech legal system and in some basic legal institutions.
The content of the subject is formed by basic conceptions of Theory of law (system of law, sources, rule of law), Constitutional law (conception, system and sources of constitutional law of the Czech Republic, principles of the political system of the Czech Republic), Administrative law (conception and division of public administration, state administration and self-government), Labour law (conception and sources of labour law, collective and indiviual labour law), Civil law (conception, object and sources of civil law, civil law as a basis of the privite legal regulation, rights in rem, law of obligation, right of inheritance), Criminal law (conception, object and sources of criminal law, criminal substantive and procedural law), Financial law (conception, object and sources of financial law), Land law (sources of land law, registration of Proprietary and other Material Rights to Real Estates).
